本ページで提供する写真、画像、動画その他の素材（以下「本素材」といいます。）は、主催者が主催運営する展示会（以下「本展示会」といいます。）において主催者が撮影し、または主催者が必要な許諾その他の手続を経て取得し、本展示会に関連して利用者に提供するものをいいます。

本素材に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、主催者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本素材の利用は、本ディスクレーマーに基づく限定的な利用許諾であり、利用者に対していかなる権利の譲渡または移転を行うものではありません。

本素材は、以下に定める範囲に限り、本展示会への出展、来場または本展示会に関連する活動の紹介、報告または広報等の目的で利用することができます。

主催者による本素材の提供は、本素材について第三者の権利処理が不要であること、第三者の権利侵害が生じないこと、または利用者の意図する用途に適合することを意味するものではありません。

【ご出展社様】社内利用の場合
営業資料、社内報告書、社内共有資料等、自社内において、本展示会への出展実績または本展示会での活動を報告・共有する目的に限り、ご利用いただけます。

【ご出展社様】自社の広報用途の場合
自社ウェブサイト、SNS、プレスリリース等において、本展示会への出展実績、自社ブース、自社展示、自社講演その他本展示会における自社の活動を紹介する目的に限り、ご利用いただけます。

【ご来場者様】SNS等への掲載の場合
本展示会への来場または参加に関する紹介、感想、報告等を目的とする場合に限り、ご利用いただけます。ただし、以下の注意事項を遵守してください。
 

〇利用時の注意事項
・本素材には、来場者、出展社、登壇者、スタッフその他第三者が写り込んでいる場合があります。個人が特定できる本素材を利用する場合は、当該個人の肖像、プライバシー、名誉、信用その他の権利または利益を侵害しないよう、十分ご配慮ください。

・本素材には、他の出展社、協賛企業、後援団体、メディアパートナーその他第三者の社名、ロゴ、商標、製品、ブース、展示物等が写り込んでいる場合があります。これらが写り込んでいる場合であっても、当該第三者が利用者の商品、サービス、事業、投稿内容等を承認、後援、協賛、提携、推奨または保証していることを意味するものではありません。

・他社の社名、ロゴ、商標、製品、ブース、展示物等が明確に判別できる本素材を外部向けに利用する場合は、第三者の権利を侵害しないよう十分ご注意ください。必要に応じて、利用者の責任において、当該第三者から事前の承諾を取得してください。

・本素材を、商品・サービスの広告、有料広告、外部広告媒体への掲載、販売促進キャンペーン、第三者への提供、再許諾、販売、素材集への掲載、AI学習その他これらに類する目的で利用する場合は、事前に展示会事務局へご相談ください。

・本素材を加工、編集、切り抜き、合成または改変する場合は、被写体、第三者、主催者または本展示会について誤解を生じさせる態様とならないようご注意ください。

・本素材の利用に関連して、第三者との間で苦情、請求、紛争その他のトラブルが発生した場合、利用者の責任と費用において対応いただくものとし、主催者は責任を負いかねます。

・主催者が不適切と判断した場合、または第三者から申し出があった場合その他合理的な理由がある場合、主催者は利用許諾を停止または撤回し、掲載内容の削除、修正、利用停止その他必要な対応を求めることができます。

〇Disclaimer - Use of Photos, Images and Other Materials
The photographs, images, videos and other materials made available on this page (collectively, the "Materials") are materials photographed by the Organiser at the exhibition organised andoperated by the Organiser (the "Exhibition"), or materials obtained by the Organiser after obtaining the necessary permissions or completing other appropriate procedures, and are made available to users in connection with the Exhibition.

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Materials are owned by the Organiser or the relevant rights holders. Permission to use the Materials is granted on a limited basis in accordance with this disclaimer and does not constitute any transfer or assignment of any rights in the Materials.

These Materials may be used only for the purpose of introducing, reporting on, or promoting participation in, attendance at, or activities related to the Exhibition, and only within the scope described below.

The Organiser's provision of the Materials does not imply that no third-party rights clearance is required in relation to the Materials, that no infringement of any third-party rights will arise from the use of the Materials, or that the Materials are suitable for the user's intended purpose.

For Exhibitors: Internal Use
These Materials may be used within your organisation only for the purpose of reporting or sharing your participation in the Exhibition or activities conducted at the Exhibition, including but not limited to sales materials, internal reports, and internal communications.

For Exhibitors: Public Relations and Promotional Use
These Materials may be used on your company's website, social media channels, press releases, and similar communications solely for the purpose of introducing your participation in the Exhibition, your booth, exhibits, presentations, or other activities conducted at the Exhibition.

For Visitors: Posting on Social Media and Similar Platforms
These Materials may be used solely for the purpose of sharing, reporting on, or commenting on your visit to or participation in the Exhibition. Users must comply with the following guidelines.
 

〇Important Notes
・The Materials may contain visitors, exhibitors, speakers, staff members, and other third parties. When using any photo or image in which an individual may be identifiable, please take appropriate care not to infringe upon that individual's image rights, privacy, reputation, or any other rights or interests.

・The Materials may contain the names, logos, trademarks, products, booths, exhibits, or other materials of exhibitors, sponsors, supporting organizations, media partners, and other third parties. The inclusion of such content does not imply that any third party endorses, sponsors, supports, partners with, recommends, or guarantees the user's products, services, business activities, or published content.

・If you intend to use photos or images that clearly identify another company's name, logo, trademark, product, booth, or exhibit for external purposes, please ensure that such use does not infringe any third-party rights. Where necessary, users are responsible for obtaining prior consent from the relevant third party.

・If you wish to use these Materials for advertising products or services, paid advertisements, external advertising media, sales promotion campaigns, provision to third parties, sublicensing, resale, inclusion in image libraries, AI training, machine learning, generative AI development, or any similar purpose, please consult the Exhibition management office in advance.

・When editing, cropping, combining, modifying, or otherwise processing these Materials, please ensure that such alterations do not create misleading impressions regarding the subjects depicted, third parties, the Organiser, or the Exhibition.

・Any complaints, claims, disputes, or other issues arising between users and third parties in connection with the use of these Materials shall be handled at the user's own responsibility and expense. The Organiser shall not be liable for any such matters.

・If the Organiser determines that any use of the Materials is inappropriate, if a request is received from a third party, or if there are any other reasonable grounds, the Organiser may suspend or revoke permission to use the Materials and require the removal, modification, discontinuation of use, or any other necessary action.
