Pre-registration is limited to those who are 18 years old and older. 

If the person registering is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian is required to accompany him/her. 

Please contact the secretariat if you would like to register a group of five people under 18 years of age. 

Yes. On the registration link Register (spexa.jp), please click the dropdown menu to choose the number of participants you are going to register. 

Yes. Once you register as a visitor, you can enter at any time during the three days of the exhibition. 

Please request changes from the registration details modification screen 

Admission to SPEXA is free. Here are the steps on how you can register:

  2. Click the dropdown menu and choose the number of participants you are going to register, then click on the “Register” button.

  3. Choose between the options if you are registering for yourself or for your colleagues, then click on the “Next” button.

  4. Fill out all the necessary details, then click on the “Next” button.

  5. On the final page, you should be able to review all the details you have provided. You can click on the “Edit” button next to each section if you need to change something. If everything is correct, you can then click on the “Register” button.

  6. Finally, you should see a confirmation note that you have completed your registration. The page will also show an “Add to Calendar” button, so you can add the event as a reminder to your calendar.

  7. You should also be able to receive an email saying that your registration is confirmed. In the same email message, you should be able to see and download your visitor badge.

No. Please make sure to bring your ticket when you visit SPEXA. You can get your complimentary ticket upon registering.  Visitors without a ticket will incur a charge of JPY 5,000 per person. No ticket yet? Don’t worry, you can get your free visitor ticket here.
